I was satisfied with the service provided by Caldera Spas. The set up was excellent. The service technician who came to do the installation covered an awful lot of information. The follow up with the dealer was also very helpful. This was my first hot tub so I appreciated that. Their pricing was excellent. There were a couple of things that I somewhat questionable. The manual attached to the product didn't match the hot tub itself. The company did, however, get me the number of a technician who helped me to download the appropriate manual. So it all worked out. The other odd thing was that the manual doesn't specify the model number of the filter. So finding a replacement isn't easy. Other than that, everything's fine. The hot tub's working very well.
