Caldera Spas was very nice and welcoming when I arrived at their store. They explained everything to me since I'm new to owning a hot tub. They were very informative regarding everything that I needed prior to purchasing it--especially about the electricity and what type. I had no idea and I really appreciated all their explanations to have the proper electricity for the hot tub. They also came and gave me a home visit once I had it set up. The delivery was prompt and they showed me how to put chemicals in it and how to operate it. They made me feel real comfortable with it. I would highly recommend them especially to somebody like myself who is new to owning a hot tub. They take time to explain stuff and they're not in a rush to sell you or force you to buy it. That's what I really appreciated.
