My experience with the spa I purchased from Caldera Spas has been great. My grand-kids love it. I hope to use it a lot more, especially during winter, which I hear is nice. It's been almost a year since it was installed and so far we've had no issues, although we do still have their number if we have any trouble. The price was a little more than I expected, but it was doable. They're good people over there too. They have a catalog with lots of neat stuff in it, I would recommend checking that out.
