We got our hot tub through Caldera Spas and they were great. They handled the purchasing very well and addressed all the concerns we had. Their staff was knowledgeable about the products and presented everything in a professional manner. The installation was flawless. Not one complaint, suggestion, or issue was noted and I saw no need for improvements. Overall, we love the hot tub! Everything was great and we highly recommend their service.
