We absolutely love our new bullfrog spa. Thank you Shane you were right the spa has been so much easier to use and care for than our previous spa. We both have back problems, but now that we are using the spa nightly the pain is more tolerable. We enjoy having the ability to switch the jetpacks to the different seats it has made all the difference for us. Your customer service has been exceptional. Shane came out and walked us through the use and care of our tub that was above and beyond what we expected. We came in a couple weeks later and expressed some issues with the water and Shane had the answer for us which solved our issue. We are so happy with our purchase two months later. Our only regret...we wish we had purchased our hot tub sooner. Thank you carefree spas you do know what customer service is all about. We were concerned at first about the upfront cost but now we know you get what you pay for. Our last spa only lasted a couple years we see that this spa is a better quality and we anticipate it will go the distance.
