Lying NOT OK!!!!

ZERO STARS!!!!!
I had a really bad experience in leasing a truck from this dealership! They told me that they were buying my old lease out, buying the truck and that I wouldn't be responsible for anything else. The following week I received a bill for over $4,000 from Chrysler for the miles and damage because White Plains decided to not buy the truck after all. This is NOT what they told me!! I called WPCD and they told me there was nothing they could do for me. Be very careful and if at all possible go elsewhere. Lying isn't very good for business and is extremely unprofessional.

Dear Stephen, Thank you for writing the review because it’s important you (and all readers of this review) understand that there is a big difference between a trade in and an accommodation. We did NOT purchase or take possession of your vehicle but rather gave you a check, as an accommodation, to fully cover your remaining lease payments. In fact, the Buyer’s Order clearly reads in large legible handwriting: “Taking Care of remaining lease payments… NOT Responsible for Dispu, Damage, or over mileage.” These words are hard to miss as they appear just under the monthly lease payment amount. When you called us a few weeks ago you explained that you were being charged by your leasing company for excess wear and excess mileage. Clearly this was between you and the leasing company and we are sorry to hear that you incurred costs beyond the monthly payments due. We encourage you to review the contract you had with the leasing company to make sure those charges are at least in keeping with the predetermined excess mileage charge from when you leased the vehicle from them. To avoid a repeat when you return your vehicle to us, please keep your mileage under control and repair any unusual damage
