So when the appointment was made through my landlord, I unfortunately was not notified of a time, so had no idea when they would arrive (even though they were given my contact information with instructions to schedule) until they are pulling into my house which is an hour away from where I work. I called and miscommunications happen so I was fine with rescheduling for the following week and they were helpful to even ensure I had an early time of 8:00 a.m. to avoid missing additional work. They also offered to call and verify in hopes of additional scheduling issues. Today is the day of the appointment and no call for verification, so I'm sitting in my driveway hoping someone calls or shows up, when the tech pulls in at 8:10. This is great, and I hopefully I can help anyway I can so I can get to work. But to my surprise he starts heading towards my neighbors door who is home all day and when I ask to verify the address he says he is going to service next door first so I should just go wait for an hour. Apparently they added my neighbors also and failed to consider the service call that was already 3 weeks out and rescheduled once may want to be resolved. So I am heading to work and pulled my daughter out of classes to hang out because the last thing I want to do is reschedule with this company as things seem to get worse. Even calling their office hoping someone would see a mixup and they could care less. The tech seemed fine and just doing his job but the communication, scheduling and even basic customer consideration is non existent. STAY AWAY!!!
