I had a very nice experience with Rug Renovating. I most recently used them to clean one of my rugs. They took it to the factory and performed the cleaning process on it. I would say that the staff was very easy to work with and they did their job well. There was a little bit of a miscommunication when it came to the price, but in the end, they honored the pricing that they originally set out to charge so I appreciate their honesty. I would also recommend them to future customers because of their good quality. Everything went well for me.
