I had an excellent experience with Rug Renovating. I had used them numerous times in the past and the job they did was okay. Nothing stood out. The most recent time I used them, however, the service was fantastic. I needed more extensive work done on my rug and they did an incredible job. It was very easy to schedule an appointment with them and have them come to pick it up. The employees were on time, professional, and pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
