Plumber Arrived 10 minutes earlier than promised the morning after call for service. Diagnosed problem quickly and reviewed pricing for service. After given the go-ahead, proceeded immediately to replace part, but discovered that the required replacement part was not available on truck. Had to fetch part from warehouse which took approximately 40 minutes round trip. Aside from this delay, service was excellent, plumber was friendly and knowledgeable, and pricing was reasonable considering generally high service prices on Maui.
Would have given 5-star rating if the replacement part was on board truck as service time would have been cut almost in half.
