I have been using Rug Renovating for over 50 years, and it is my opinion that that they are the finest people at what they do in the whole country! Their workers are always very careful to wear slippers over their shoes when they come in, and they are very professional about leaving the house in immaculate condition when they leave.

They always contact me in advance, to let me know exactly when they will be here, and then again, to let me know when they will be bringing my rugs back. They are always punctual and timely. They are also very cautious about handling my Oriental Rugs, and very carefully roll them up, with the padding, and treat my rugs very gently throughout the whole process.

When they return the Oriental Rugs, they are always clean, and beautifully done. They bring these beautiful old rugs back to life! Like I said before, Rug Renovating is the very best in the country in my opinion. They do a magnificent job.
