I have definitely been very satisfied with my experiences working with Rug Renovating! I've used them several times, over the years, and I really haven't got any complaints at all. They're easy to work with, considerate of their customers, and always very thorough. I appreciate how consistently professional they are, and I will definitely continue to do business with them in the future. Rugs always, always come back in great shape, and Rug Renovating calls before delivery which I really appreciate, because it gives time to get home for the delivery, and means a customer doesn't have to wait at home for ages for the rug to arrive within a window of time, the way a lot of other companies do it.
