We have two rugs and Rug Renovating came and picked them up, cleaned them, and brought them back. They proposed putting a new mat under one of the rugs, but it was last minute and I didn't get back to them in time. This was my second time using their services. I went back because they did a good job the first time. They were professional, friendly, and punctual. If you're thinking about calling them, I would say go ahead.
