They are absolutely amazing. This is the second time I have used their services. I originally found them a long time ago through the old Best Of New York Magazine, and there was a recommendation in there for Rug Renovating that was just beaming, so I decided to go with them rather than one of the typical, larger cleaning companies. Joanne is the person I interacted with online to set up a window of time to get my rugs cleaned, and she is spectacular. She sent over pictures of the cleaning racks and equipment they use, as well as pictures of the damage my rug had. She gave me the option to repair the rugs from there, which I really appreciate. I don't know of any other place that will take the time to send you pictures prior to and during the process of rug and carpet cleaning! Their staff got the job done as quickly and thoroughly as possible. They came in wearing protective booties on their feet to protect the carpeting in my home, carefully moved all of the furniture out of the way, and gently rolled up the rugs to take for cleaning. They repeated the same process when they returned the rugs to my home, and I couldn't ask for anything else. I have already recommended them to several friends, and I know of other people who use their services and give them the same praises. I really can't say enough about how high the quality of the work they do is and how wonderful their staff is.
