I have been using Rug Renovating for several years. They last worked on cleaning and restoration of an Oriental rug of mine. Everything turned out great! I also had them come out to do some in-home cleaning, as well. They also cleaned some of my furniture and household rugs. Rug Renovating's customer service is outstanding and very professional. The company is far superior to other rug companies. If someone new were going to use them I would tell them to have faith in them because they do a wonderful job.
