We've used Rug Renovating in the past for a pretty standard rug cleaning and they did exactly what we expected of them throughout the whole process. We planned a time with them for the pickup of our rugs and they arrived when they said they would. We were very happy because it was a really stress-free process for us, they pretty much handled everything and then provided us with an annotated invoice. The rugs were returned to us cleaner than I've seen them in a long time and they even put them back where they were. I would highly recommend their services.
