I have used Rug Renovating several times before. The last time they cleaned 3 of my rugs. In the past, they cleaned my upholstered furniture which, I plan to have them do the next time they come out. They did an excellent job on my carpets and I would highly recommend them to anyone. My only complaint is that they don't let you know far enough in advance what time they are going to be there. I just cannot sit around here all day waiting for them to show up. They need to give you a better time frame for when they will arrive.
