I used HotSpring Space - Albuquerque recently to get a hot tub for my home. I live quite a ways from Albuquerque, so I called out to HotSpring Spas a few times to solidify what I need, once I knew what I wanted, I ordered it, then went and picked up the unit and brought back to install. I installed the unit myself and everything seems to be in order, I haven't had any issues with the product I bought from them. I would highly recommend their services!
