We called Hot Spring Spas because we were having problems with our electrician setting up the wiring for our hot tub. Chris was very helpful. He worked very closely and very promptly with my husband to find out what the issue was. He ended up calling his internal staff and they helped to figure out what the problem was. The support we got from Chris was just great. We are tremendously enjoying the hot tub. We felt really comfortable with the pricing. We are completely content. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family. It's nice to go somewhere where they have researched the competition and can tell you why it's more beneficial to buy this one. That's what Tom did for us. He was great. He also told us to give him a call if we ever needed it moved.
