This was the second time we had used HotSpring Spas of Albuquerque, as we had bought our original hot tub through them 15 years ago. Everything was great and went smoothly with their staff and delivery. One thing about the tub is that we think there might be a little bit of false advertising as they say the tub is maintenance free. One might think that means chemical free, but it uses just the same chemicals as our other one. The tub was a more expensive this time around, and we did have to wait a little on delivery, but we would use them again though and recommend them to others.
