I bought a spa from HotSpring Spas of Albuquerque and they did the installation for me as well. The whole process was pretty informative and painless. Everything happened the way the salesman had promised me. I got a good education on how these things work. The installation went fine and they explained everything very well. Later, one of the spray nozzles fell off, but other than that everything is working fine.
