I went to HotSpring Spas for a purchase and installation. The product was good and the installation went okay. Their pricing was decent; it was comparable to other companies I looked at. They could improve their communication and responsiveness. Like, taking a little more time to explain how to operate the product. They didn't seem very helpful and it felt like they had better things to do. When I've called a few complaints, instead of sending someone over to look at the thing, they tell me to do this, try out that. So I'm essentially taking care of it myself as best as I can.
