I purchased a huge jacuzzi with a fancy remote control. I live locally in Albuquerque and I can say the sales people at HotSpring Spas were terrific! My new jacuzzi is the best thing I've bought.

I shopped two other places and HotSpring Spas was the best. The sales people were competent. When I asked about how much energy a certain model would use, they knew exactly what I was talking about. They completed the delivery fairly quickly given they had to use a crane to lift the unit over a fence and into my backyard, 1hr total.

Chris is the manager of this location. He's good at checking in with helpful maintenance to keep the jacuzzi running smooth. Loved working with this place and loving my new jacuzzi!
