This was my first time using Rug Renovating. They came out and took my rugs - two rugs - and they cleaned them and gave them new padding. When they were done, they came back with everything, and they did a fabulous job. I will admit that I was just a little bit nervous about it all at first because my carpets are very expensive, but It all turned about excellent. The new padding is great, the carpets looked like new again, and they smelled great, too! I felt like I had new carpets! They have very, very, very great service, and it was just a great overall experience. I definitely would recommend Rug Renovating to anyone who has special carpets or antique carpets that they want to have cleaned and renovated!
