They are great!
I have used Rug Renovating for years, and they are great. They come out and pick up the rugs, take them in to clean them, and then they deliver them back. They wear booties before walking through the house, and they are friendly and professional. It is easy to schedule an appointment, and they show up on time. They will also send somebody out to do spot cleaning, if you need that.
