We have been doing work with Rug Renovating for years now and they have consistently provided us with great customer service and quality work. Whenever we need service, we give them a call and they usually come by the next day to pick up our rugs. They get the cleaning done fairly quickly and then return our rugs back to their original locations. We've never had any issues with them and will continue to use them in the future.
