Replace item after annual inspection
Item replaced and that evening a hose slipped off. I called the company about 9pm in the evening. The person I spoke with was very concerned and scheduled an appointment for first time in the am.
Ryan returned to our home and repaired the hose that had slipped off and made sure that the furnace was working correctly before he left.
I appreciate the concern and care that the company provides. Ryan is very pleasant and apologized for the problem we had. Dawn from the office called us later in the day to be sure that the house was warmer and that the problem was resolved.
Things happen - they are corrected in a timely and pleasant manner - that’s GOOD SERVICE!
