Had asked my furnace be checked because of a recurrent noise that I expressed concern about on previous visits. This guy was there for an AC check up. After attempts numerous to get whoever he was calling. he checked the furnace with furnace cam. Phone call said he had to do AC. if my furnace takes a $@!#% turning on the AC isn't going to help much. Bottom line he arrived here sometime after or around 11:30 and was still here at after 2:00, trying to get the credit card thing to work and other not sure what he was doing activities while I sat. AC was fine by the way.
