We had an appointment for between 6-8pm. I knew my husband wasn't going to be able to be home or answer his phone so I gave them my number and said to call me, not him. The tech arrived at 8:30, did not say sorry for being late. When I spoke with my husband, it was 7:45 and he said the tech had called him to say he was going to be late! Horrible communication! Also, when 8:00 came and no one was here, I called this number, which the website says is a 24 hour emergency number, no one answered and I called 4 times and let it ring 20-30 times each. When your home is HOT and this happens, it is unacceptable. I would not recommend them.
