We have done business with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing multiple times, their customer service is overall pretty good but their prices are extremely high. At first, things were fairly affordable and they were conveniently close to us so we continued service with them. But recently we hired them to do a dishwasher install, they said they were not able to give us a quote for the work done and it ended up costing us $400. Overall, service was not bad but don't go here if you are trying to save money.
