Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did great work. Their prices were competitive. Their technicians are professional, efficient and responsive. We called them wanting to have the work done at short notice and they went right ahead and got it done. They were very prompt and arrived on time. They began the job when they said they would, and they finished the day they had promised. My only issue with them would be that if they're not around when you call, the call gets switched to their head office. You can't leave a message for the local branch there. So it can be a little difficult to get in touch with them initially unless you have the cell number of a local employee. But other than that, they are a great service who do good work.
