The plumber and local dispatch at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing are an absolute five, and I would give Dawn and Bryan five stars each. However, the call center for the customer service I would give a one to. So, the problem I had was that I had called their after-hours customer service to schedule my appointment and had some serious issues with trying to get on the schedule for a plumber. One guy was absolutely rude.

But once I finally got a hold of the local office, it was fine. Dawn was fabulous, and then Bryan--the tech/the plumber that always comes out--he's amazing because he's very knowledgeable and very polite, and he's always able to explain what is happening and fixes it right the first time, every time. Unfortunately, I've had to have them out several times for different issues. I've had more good experiences than I've had bad ones with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.
