I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing multiple times over the last few years. Generally, they were fine and provided decent service. However, in this one particular instance, the technician who was assigned to me took two weeks to complete a job that shouldn't have taken more than a day. There was extremely poor communication between the technician and myself, and between the technicians and the manager. There was a lot of misinformation that went back and forth and the technician misrepresented the work he was doing and what I had said. I was very dissatisfied with the individual technician who did the work. However, I do want to note that although I didn't care for technician in question, the location manager, once he found out what was going on, did try to rectify the situation right away. He made sure to stay in regular contact with me and also handled the billing so that the charges weren't too onerous a burden for me.
