The technician did a great job replacing our sump pump. He did not have one on the truck, however, so he had to go back to the warehouse to get one. My only minor complaint is the very large 4-hour appointment window, which for me was 8 to 12. I received a call at 8:45 that the techs had just left their daily morning meeting and someone should be coming out "soon" which ended-up being around 10. If there is a daily morning meeting at 8, the appointment windows should possibly start at 9. Getting the window down to two hours would be even better. Once again, the tech did a great job. I would suggest having a sump pump on the truck for sump pump service calls and trying to get the appt. window down to two hours. Having said that, I WOULD recommend Benjamin Franklin to anyone needing a plumber.
