Glad I got a second opinion. Benjamin tech came out (A. M. His int) tried to charge me $700 and all it was my daughter put paper towels in the toilet. I think he got in my man cave and saw all the games and rec he had a cash cow I'm mad I had to give them $79 for a misdiagnosed. I will never call them again!!!
