I really do like Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Toledo. However, the price of their services is just too high. Aside from that, I have used them four or five times because the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. Their ability to answer to questions and willingness to spend time with you to thoroughly explain things is much appreciated. Overall, I am very happy with them.
