One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is responsible for the heating and air systems in my mother's house as well as mine. Overall, I'm happy with the service they provide. We've been using their services for at least twenty years. I've had a few communication problems with them. For instance, for about three years, I couldn't get them to understand that for our three houses that are right next to each other, they don't need to keep calling us separately. Making a service appointment with either my mother or me for all of them was fine. But they kept calling and calling. We finally got that sorted out this year. But then most recently they came to do the servicing and it turns out that there was a filter replacement required for my house. I wasn't there at the time so they promised to drop it by the next day. But their technician showed up with a filter that was right for my mother's furnace not mine. Luckily, he had the right kind in his truck, so I didn't have to wait on the replacement. But other than this communication gap, I've always found their technicians to be prompt, professional and courteous.
