Our furnace is a very old model and One Hour Heating & Air does their best to keep it running. We started using One Hour Heating & Air once we discovered they serviced the furnace in a new home. This was 4 years ago and we appreciate the services they've provided for us ever since. The repair workers seem honest given their taking care of an older unit. They let us know what's going on and give us our options. We haven't found a reason to find another contractor and don't plan on switching!
