They Keep My System Running, But Their Customer Service Could Be More Customer-Focused
I have been using Airflow Service Company for almost three years now, and they have been doing a good job of maintaining my unit, which is older but still in working order. I feel like their techs know what they are doing, though the one who came out prior to their last visit seemed almost annoyed when I asked him questions about the work he was doing. Their most recent tech was much friendlier, and did let me know if there was anything going on that might need to be worked on or replaced. It was part of their seasonal check, and he did take care of a problem I was having, where I was not getting air in one of my rooms.
I feel they are not attentive to customer needs, especially in regards to their seasonal appointments and renewal process. I don't think their customer service is that great, since I have to wait a long time, and I don't get reminders about scheduling my next appointment. Not only that, there's no way to fill out renewal forms online, so I have to print them out and fill them in manually. I feel an auto-renewal system and online payment options would be helpful. It would be nice to help consumers stay on top of it.
But they've been working on our systems since we've lived here, so they are familiar with it, and I would not switch companies. Thanks to them my older unit is still running!
