We have been with Airflow since 2004. The staff and technicians take the time to educate us on maintaining our unit. With their every 6 month visit to ensure our system is in top shape has ensured that we never had serious issues. When work had to be done, we were told exactly what the issues were, usually minor, minimal cost.
We had to replace our entire unit a few months ago after 20 years and was replaced. their offer was very reasonable and completed immediately. There were some factory build issues and Airflow followed up with phone calls to reassure everything was being done to correct the issue.
I have ALWAYS appreciated AirFlow service and would not consider another company to take care of our A/C and Heat pump.
