The AC for our store went out due to a power outage; one of our circuits blew a fan motor. I got in contact with Cool Tech Mechanical, and even though it was a Saturday afternoon, they said they would try to come out that day. When they couldn't, one of their technicians gave me his personal number, and he came out on his own time on Sunday to fix it. The guy was in and out within an hour and went on his way. They really went out of their way to help us, and I don't think anyone else would have come out on an off day.
