I called Cool Tech Mechanical on Christmas Eve regarding a problem I had diagnosed with my furnace. I told them that I needed a new circuit board installed. The technician came out that night, but he didn't have the part on the truck. He came back the day after Christmas and installed the new circuit board. I was impressed that he was willing to come out at night on Christmas Eve to look at the furnace. They did a great job and everything is working correctly now.
