Cool Tech installed 2 new high efficency units in our house approximately 2 months ago and we couldn't be happier. Prior to the install, Jon answered all my questions (hundreds of them) with extraordinary patience, thoroughness and professionalism. His responses were always timely and knowledgeable. By the time we were ready for the install, I had no doubt it would be smooth as silk. (And it was). The install team was quick and when they were finished, it was cleaner than when they started! My wife did not even believe they had been here! After 6 weeks or so, the HVAC system is performing just the way that Jon said it would. With the variable speed technology, we couldn't be more comfortable & it is so quiet you don't even know anything is operating. I am hard to satisfy but Jon and his team were successful in making me completely delighted. It was a pleasure using Cool Tech for our new HVAC systems.
