I had a decent experience with Cool Tech Mechanical. I had a problem with my air conditioning unit and I called Cool Tech. The technician that came out was professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. He went onto the roof to work on the unit but later realized that the only thing wrong was that a switch was flipped in the wrong position. After he flipped the switch, the unit was working properly. I not entirely pleased that flipping a switch cost me $250. He did resolve the issue, but I wished the price was not so high.
