We needed replacement of an old system with some modifications. Cool Tech evaluated my needs and requests and offered a detailed proposal with various options and costs. Competitors did NOT do this! This openness, plus price, persuaded me.
A good installation, even tho by subcontractors. Cool Tech monitored the work well. One follow-up call for minor details came from a full-time Cool Tech technician, who was very qualified and presented well.
I will call these guys first next time!
