They are great. Timely and their service and communication is excellent.
I've been very satisfied with Cool Tech Mechanical and they have never done anything to warrant me saying otherwise. I do like them, they are great.
I've been using them for probably about 6 months or maybe closer to a year and they are excellent. Their service is timely and great and their communication is also excellent.
In the past, they have actually gone beyond their call of duty. One of the technicians came out on a Sunday because he knew that we were a business and that we had a tough situation in our hands. They are great.
