Rug Renovating is a really great company and I haven't dealt with any company that treated me as well as they did throughout the whole process. We first found out about them when we were looking for some carpet cleaning services in our area and ended up giving them a call to ask some questions about their services. The gentleman who picked up the phone was very polite and was very helpful, answering all the questions we had regarding what they had to offer. We went with the rug cleaning and set up a time for them to pick up our rugs later in the week. They handled everything very well and our rugs were delivered back into our home within a couple days. The rugs look a lot better and I was completely satisfied.
