Rug Renovating is an excellent company. I found that the people who came to the house worked extremely well. They were thorough, professional and trustworthy. With oriental rugs or any other expensive rugs, you want the work to be done right. Rug Renovating does a great job. I have been using them for a number of years. I once used a different company, and they weren't as good as Rug Renovating. At one point we had a flood in the dining room and all the stain from the dining table went on to the rug. The rug itself was brand new and very expensive. Rug Renovating was able to get all the stains out. It was wonderful. It's been an excellent experience so far. Their pricing is very good and very fair. Their technicians are communicative and their customer service is excellent. I'm very happy with them and I will continue to use them.
