Had 2, not one, oriental carpets pee on by dogs, i Panicked found out about rug renovating online, called, one of their truck show up asap, carpets removed from home to be washed at their factory. 2 days later, they're back, the 2 guys, polite and professional, carry carpets in, nicely wrapped up. Carpets are clean and fresh looking, like new! Just have to keep the doggies off!
