a device Curtis installed about a year ago began to leak, technician explained it was damaged likely due by excessive water pressure that is largely beyond my control...while the defective device was replaced at no cost to me, having installed a pressure value 8 years ago required replacement - aside from the unexpected, the estimates and labor was fair and performed well. Very hard & pressurized NBMA water has resulted in unplanned expenses but I'm very happy with Curtis, they were able to accommodate scheduling, were professional, fair and came prepared.
